EXTENDED DEADLINE

The Call for Abstracts for the 5th Urban Tree Diversity Conference (UTD5) is now OPEN.

Authors are invited to submit original abstracts of a maximum of 500 words by May 5th, 2024 through the Online Submission page of the Congress website.

Abstracts should be on one of the following themes and should be submitted in English:

1. Using tree diversity to mitigate risks from a changing climate.
2. Novel approaches to urban tree selection
3. Emerging technologies and their role in urban forest management
4. Harnessing open data and citizen engagement to support urban forestry

The abstracts submitted will be assessed, peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified by May 27th 2024. Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentations or poster. All presented abstracts as oral or e-poster form will be published in the book of abstracts.

Presenters and speakers should register for the conferece and will have a special registration price of 290 €.
